Final Day of Summer Film Project

This was the last day of a fabulous project. We all had so much fun. We went off to London again on the train but this time our destination was the Museum of London.
We worked on the train to work out modern place names names linked with Anglo Saxon place names.

We looked inside an Anglo Saxon home. It was really interesting.

We looked everywhere to find this brooch. In the activity we were given we had to say where the brooch was found.

Then we walked down to the Roman Wall to film. We were interviewing Peter and Fran.

We all went for a pizza to celebrate our time together on the project. We even toasted to the project in Anglo Saxon!!
We were lucky enough to book into see the Temple of Mithras, Walbrook. It was discovered during the construction of the building in Walbrook in the City of London. It is a temple to the mystery god Mithras. It is really magical inside and a bit spooky!
